This ¾ inch scale kit is for a two bedroom home with a truss roof teaches sound wood frame construction in accordance with accepted building codes. The builder(s) learn the fundamentals of house framing while sitting at a table. The kit comes complete with micro-cut balsa wood, cutting tools, measuring tape, layout pencil, nails, custom miter jig, glue, instruction booklet, nine working drawings and a Styrofoam work base that doubles as a foundation for the completed model. All of the walls can be framed right on their patterns on the working drawings. The completed model includes a bathroom, kitchen, hallway and dining and living rooms.
